Stunning photography and color branding tell residents what to expect at Bay Village of Sarasota. The imagery shows the nonprofit retirement community's multi-story buildings, tropical plant life, and pond.
Dark blue bands on every panel and pocket help set a tone of serenity, tradition, and respect. Gold typography on the cover emphasizes the idea of living in luxury, while also alluding to later life as residents' golden years.

The short right panel bears a mini pocket that's the same height as the other two pockets, yet just under half their width. Its narrow format is perfect for carrying 4" x 9" tri-fold brochures or rack cards. Both the left and center pockets contain 8 1/2" x 11" print media; the unglued center pocket flips down for easy access to its contents. Combined, the three pockets can carry up to 1/2" of paper, making this design great for presenting multi-piece packets. The narrow right panel exterior is a natural place to include an info flap about your brand, products, or services.
