If 10% or less of your order has been damaged during shipping, you will receive a refund (or, in rare cases, a replacement with free shipping). If more than 10% but less than 25% of your order has been damaged during shipping, you will be able to choose between a replacement or refund. If 25% or more of your order has been damaged during shipping, we will provide replacement products. In cases of replacement, your production time will be expedited; the exact production time will depend on our current capacity.
