How to Submit a Claim

90-Day Warranty

Eligible Products

All products (excluding perishable items such as food, candy, and drinks) shown on our promo products store, promo.companyfolders.com, are covered by this warranty.

The Process

Within 90 days of your order date, send an email to our Print Project Team (info@companyfolders.com) that includes:

  • Subject line: 90-Day Warranty
  • Digital images of your product’s defect (from as many different angles as possible)
  • A clear description of the problem
  • The number of items affected
  • Your invoice number

You’ll receive a response from us within 2 business days.

If we’re unable to verify your products’ defect over the phone or via email, we may require the products be returned to us before a determination is made. In this case, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label to you. Do not return products to us using your own shipping account; Company Folders will not reimburse clients for any return shipping costs under any circumstances.

Your refund or replacement products will be sent to you via ground shipping at no charge. It is at Company Folders discretion on whether we provide a refund or replacements.

365-Day Warranty

  • Digital images of your product’s defect (from as many different angles as possible)
  • A clear description of the problem
  • The number of items affected

You’ll receive a response from us within 2 business days. In many cases, we can begin the process of reprinting defective products immediately.

Shipping Protection

If you receive damaged products, always sign for them. You may inform the UPS driver of the damage, but do not have them return the package or we’ll be unable to verify your claim. Also, do not re-ship your products to another location or we will be unable to determine when the damage occurred.

Instead, send an email to our Print Project Team (info@companyfolders.com) that includes:

  • Subject line: Shipping Damage Claim
  • Digital photos of any damaged products or packaging (from as many different angles as possible), as well as the shipping label
  • The number of damaged products

We will reply as soon as possible with our determination and more information. Please hold on to your damaged products until you receive a determination (in case UPS requires an inspection).
