Lee Kum Kee showcases its Asian-style cooking ingredients with a clever mix of photography, illustration, and interactive elements. Swirling vector lines create an artsy, eccentric pattern on the cover. Partly visible images of food and red accents stimulate a sense of hunger in the brain, increasing the audience's appetites.
A red bottle marks the tuck tab on the right flap, paying homage to Lee Kum Kee's specialty oyster-flavored sauces. Opening the tuck tab makes the audience feel as if they're opening a bottle of sauce to pour over a delicious meal. This interactive element encourages them to use the product when they're done reading the information inside the two interior pockets.

Two blue lines arch across the cover onto the right flap, where communication firm Mona Networks' paper airplane logo is in flight. The two trailing lines run onto the back cover, creating motion on the design's exterior. Mona's minimal use of blue establishes a professional tone yet still maintains the open, modern style of the white panels.

Designed to look like a metal box, a handle and latches are imprinted on silver panels around the tuck tab. Sports apparel brand Lids | Locker Room's slogan, name, and URL are strategically placed near the tab for visibility.
A black band under the flap creates the illusion that the inside of the box is a mystery, generating anticipation. The Lids logo on the left pocket reinforces the brand's identity, as do the logo, slogan, and contact information on back.

This product hugs its contents close with a 3 1/2" right flap, which is often imprinted with custom graphics that run over from the cover for a continuous design. A tuck tab closure on the flap locks 8 1/2" x 11" print media safely inside. Two interior pockets are cut into a v-split for a little extra flexibility when opening and closing the cover; both pockets are customizable with graphics, text, or other branded elements.
