Company Overview: Kelly Greytok, RN is an experienced nurse who specializes in post-surgical care for plastic surgery patients.
Problem: Kelly Greytok, RN needed a professionally printed presentation folder to market her service to the country’s top plastic surgeons and their patients. However, she couldn’t find a printer who could replicate her logo in gold foil.
Story: Greytok left her hospital job to start her own business providing post-surgical care for private patients who have had cosmetic or reconstructive surgery. She wanted an elegant foil-stamped folder to hand out to surgeons and patients. But the printing companies who had done her other materials couldn’t execute the design she wanted.
She searched online for “beautiful presentation folders” and found Company Folders, Inc.
“I wanted an exceptional folder to organize and present my business and my brand to the top plastic surgeons in the country as well as to the patients they refer to me,” said Greytok. “When ordering my product, the challenge was getting a beautiful result of my logo in gold foil. When using other companies to print promotional materials, they could not replicate with consistency and quality or said it was simply not possible. Although she knew she wanted her logo in gold foil, she did not have any idea which folder, stock and coating would bring her vision to life. She worked with Print Project Director Jennifer Grubb to find just the right product, and eventually selected a vertical & horizontal pocket presentation folder in 130lb C2S White Dull with gold metallic foil imprint, matte lamination, and a business card slit in the left pocket and a brochure slit in the right pocket.
“The design process was the fun part. I really didn’t know where to begin and before I knew it, one of the designers at Company Folders had mailed me sample options of card stock and foil and actual folders to help me narrow my focus,” said Greytok. “This made it so easy when I could actually feel what my customers would feel. Additionally, when I called back with questions, I could explain my vision more easily.”
With the design finalized, Greytok ordered her new folders, and was thrilled with the results.
