This poly cover extends 1/2" past the edge of your letter-sized documents to provide them with extra protection. The extra width also creates an easy place to grip the cover to open it. Made of durable plastic, it repels liquids, dirt, and oil. It is also easily cleaned, making it a great option for outdoor environments, kitchens, hospitals and anywhere things get dirty. Because the cover is made of two separate pieces, it accommodates as many letter-size pages as you need to put between them and still lays flat and neat. These covers are designed so you can bind them. To make it easy, you can opt to have them pre-punched in the configuration that matches your binding materials. As you open your report, the cover’s rounded corners are comfortable to handle and create a graceful first impression
