Custom Printed Paper Folders: Where Quality and Customization Meet
Our single and double pocket folders are constructed with quality in mind and are built to last. Each folder is manufactured to resist bends and similar wear and tear. If you need additional stamina in your presentation folders, consider selecting one of our reinforced paper products.
Use offset printing methods (4-Color Process, Spot/PMS/Pantone) to customize the front and back covers and create stunning, full-color designs for your folder. To add an extra layer of color enhancement, utilize an aqueous or laminate coating to make your designs "pop" while also increasing durability.
Need extra space? Spine attachments (prongs, also known as brads) and capacity pockets are available, effectively giving you the ability to package a large number of additional sheets within your folder.
Advice for Personalizing Paper Presentation Folders
- Select a coating to make your presentation folders more durable than standard paper.
- Aqueous coating will prevent weathering but is not waterproof. It also comes in different textures - glossy, matte, soft-touch or satin.
- Choose a textured paper stock to provide a unique tactile sensation; keep in mind that it can alter the look of the ink used to print your design.
- Use colored paper stock to alter the look of materials printed using the 4-color or CMYK process.
- Customized your folders with die-cut features such as a window, a unique edge, business card and media slits or a shaped pocket.
- Add media slits free of charge for storing promotional items such as business cards, brochures, or optical discs.
