Custom #10 Envelope Printing: Personalize Your Mailings
It's common for business envelopes to use a self seal closure, also known as peel & seal. Simply peel away the paper covering the adhesive strip, then press the flap down to seal the envelope.
An envelope branded with a logo printed in full color (on the front or back to match the rest of your marketing materials) on a white woven stock stands out well in the average pile of mail. Download our free templates to make sure you have enough room for postage and a return address in your design once you've compensated for the bleed area.
The standard size of a #10 envelope is 4-1/8 x 9-1/2 inches. This size is a perfect fit for letter-size paper folded into thirds.
For Added Privacy, Choose Security Tint
Security envelopes protect sensitive data such as account numbers, financial information, or other personal details with a dark security tint. This feature makes it harder to see the envelope's contents from the outside.
Windows Can Save Time & Money
A window envelope eliminates the need to print labels or write out a recipient's address. Instead, you can fold the statement, invoice, or notice to show the recipient's name and address in the 4-1/2 x 1-1/2 inch window.
Personalization Tips for Your Envelopes
- Include a call-to-action on the front of the 10 envelope to entice recipients to open it.
- Add a colorful message to your communications with statement stuffers and buck slips, such as coupons, promotions, or special announcements.
- Use bold colors such as red and orange to get recipients attention.
- Make use of a window to give recipients a peek at a special message instead of an address.
- Add your logo to the return address to increase brand recognition.
