Oklahoma real estate title and abstract agency Guaranty Abstract Company opted for a clean, minimal design. 3D effects make the logo pop out of the cover, while the “y's” underline the firm's name. This creates balance and a fun futuristic feel. A script font spells “Tulsa,” telling clients the company's location. Contact and brand details are located on the inner left panel.

Located on the right panel, the 3" pocket makes 8 1/2" x 14" legal documents the first thing recipients see upon opening the cover. Its low height exposes a large portion of the contents, creating a long, lean look. The pocket's v-split helps prevent wear and tear, as it keeps the pockets from buckling when closing the cover. An open left panel looks stylish and minimal left blank, or it can be imprinted with custom illustrations, branded elements, or informational copy.
