Our custom printed expansion envelopes are flat paper envelopes designed to expand, accommodating a greater capacity of business documents including contracts, reports, CD/DVDs, letters, or papers. Many of our expandable envelopes utilize Conformer technology, offering additional storage without increasing their footprint.

Custom Printed Conformer Expansion Envelopes: Expanding Your Possibilities
Our custom printed expanding envelopes are available in a variety of dimensions, making them perfect for any size item from jumbo to small. Such items include portfolios, presentation folders, legal and letter size documents, and CD/DVD discs. Depending on your purpose, select a side-loading or top-loading envelope in order to provide a completely different experience upon opening. Items are sealed inside the enclosure with tuck tabs or adhesive strips, which are determined by the style you choose.
Customization options are nearly unlimited with more than 60 paper stocks available with four imprint methods—four color process, PMS printing, embossing/debossing, or foil stamping. Surprise recipients with a splash of color inside the envelope by printing on side two or impress them with a combination of foil stamping and embossing for a classy appearance. For extra protection, select one of nine coatings offered.
