The Villas at Cortez Sunnyvale is a community of contemporary townhouses located in the heart of Silicone Valley. This realtor folder was designed to reflect the luxury and sophistication of these beautiful townhouses. The choice of a landscape layout allows the single pocket folder to resemble an elegant personal invitation to the community itself.
The silver tree insignia is both refined and playful, while reflecting the natural splendor of the Sunnyvale area. The neutral, brown tones are not only warm and inviting, but invoke a feeling of decadence, comfort and stability.
