Raising Caine’s is a chain of restaurants that specializes in chicken fingers, while Branded Works is a concession management company that operates Raising Caine’s franchises in airports across the US. This employee presentation folder was created to attract new employment opportunities and thus features a montage of images with happy, enthused employees.
This design plays directly to the audience, showcasing a positive work environment over the brand or product itself. The use of color photos on the interior pockets helps to instill a sense of family and belonging with dual pictures of smiling Raising Caine’s staff members and their satisfied customers.
