About Design
Miacomet Preserve is a community of scenic homes in Nantucket aimed at sophisticated, high-end tenants. To appeal to this audience, their design uses an elegantly simple gray motif reminiscent of silver or fine steel. A larger version of the brand’s “reed” logo is echoed in dark gray, like a subtle shadow.
Inside, the bright yellow color juxtaposed against gorgeous full-color photo works to excite audiences about the prospect of living in one of Miacomet Preserve’s homes. The map on the back cover gives potential clients a detailed look at the property’s layout.
