This professional presentation folder for the Anthem Plaza was designed to attract new tenants to the office complex, located in scenic Henderson, Nevada. The design features a computer rendered color illustration on the front cover to give the audience their first look at the proposed complex.
The commercial real estate folder makes good use of interior space to help deliver a wide-angled view of the surrounding desert scenery. The use of the landscape format allows the design to literally display a picturesque landscape, capturing the natural beauty of this choice locale.
