Custom CD/DVD Mailer Envelopes: Delivering Print Media with Style
Use a CD/DVD envelope to safely mail media to your clients in packaging that matches your brand. The mailer envelopes come in a variety of sizes, but each snuggly holds at least one disc. The expanding sleeve uses Conformer technology to give you more room for thick padding or extra discs. It’s the biggest case available with dimensions at 13 7/32" x 5 1/2" when open.
They offer plenty of room on both sides for your design, recipient’s mailing address, and postage. You can download our product templates to make sure you have enough room for all of your elements if you are concerned. Our reinforced flap envelope has an additional panel that folds over the case to give extra shipping protection to the disc and provide more space for your design. Order in bulk to save money.
CD/DVD Envelope Customization Ideas
- Select an envelope with a pocket to include business cards, flyers, or other supplementary material.
- Envelopes with adhesive strips are best for mailing the disc because they ensure the envelope will not open and have a nylon tear strip so recipients can easily open them.
- Surprise recipients with a pop of color that matches your design by printing on side two.
- Include a call to action on the front of the envelope to encourage recipients to open it.
- An Eco Brown Kraft stock shows you care about the environment and hides marks from postal machines.
