Card Presentation Folders: The Ace Up Your Sleeve
Card folders for businesses feature vertically or horizontally aligned tabs, card sleeves or pockets that present any wallet-sized document as the main attraction. Choose from a variety of pocket or tab dimensions to properly secure and prominently feature your gift certificate, brochure, hotel keycard or business card. Folders are available in your choice of 59 different paper stocks, 24 color hues, and one of three protective coatings including aqueous, laminate or ultraviolet. Pockets can be either fixed to the panels of the folder or die-cut to peel away and reveal a hidden panel containing information pertaining to the card.
Choose either a bi-fold or tri-fold design with glued pockets on the left, right or both panels to effectively frame documents while securing them. The pockets make them look like mini presentation folders, while slits are more effective at keeping cards in place.
For special events such as hotel welcomes, select a right pocket key cardholder or a tear-off panel to give patrons take-home items such as maps, promotional coupons or useful information including checkout times. Select a hanging card folder for retail displays or choose a curved right pocket gift cardholder for personalized gift giving. You can also enhance the visual appeal of your folder with a design that opens horizontally or vertically to fit the size and orientation of your cards.
Creating Unique Card Presentation Folders
- Select either portrait or landscape alignment, depending on the orientation of the card inside.
- Folders that contain pockets can be used to store more than just a card. Use card folders to distribute samples, marketing media and other small-sized collateral.
- Choose aqueous coating for a unique texture. Aqueous comes in sleek glossy coating, smooth matte coating, velvety satin coating and suede-like soft-touch coating for an elegant feel.
- Ultraviolet (UV) coating offers the brightest colors and the shiniest surface, but the least amount of protection.
- For long lasting folders you can reuse repeatedly, choose laminate coating which prevents wearing, tearing and staining.
- Use card pockets to organize and protect items that might normally get lost in standard presentation folders.
- Aid recipients by including important information such as the history of your business, lists of hotel amenities or a map of the local area.
- Utilize imprint areas to include relevant information such as gift certificate amounts or hotel room numbers.
