Maryland state governor Larry Hogan circulated campaign papers in style. Black panels have an elegant, classy linen texture. The metallic gold logo symbolizes honor and pays tribute to Maryland's shield. Its pattern reappears in black foil, giving the lower half of the cover a slight satin sheen to contrast the matte panels. One line of gold foil text on the back cover notes that Hogan endorsed the design.
